Daniel J. Pasquarello is a litigator who focuses his practice on business, commercial and real estate litigation matters. Mr. Pasquarello has represented and appeared on behalf of clients in federal and state courts in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex business litigation, commercial and residential fraud cases, contract disputes, products liability defense, and real estate litigation on behalf of property owners, developers, condominium associations, brokers, real estate agents, and landlords and tenants. Mr. Pasquarello was formerly a litigation associate at Goodwin Procter, LLP where he gained substantial experience in the defense of mass tort product liability claims, consumer-finance class actions, and the prosecution and defense of general commercial and real estate litigation matters.

Obtained favorable resolution of dispute concerning unpaid invoices after uncovering new evidence during post-Judgment discovery following $900,000+ Judgment, reported by Massachusetts Lawyer's Weekly as one of the largest such judgments that year.

Obtained substantial real estate attachment on behalf of broker and successfully resolved dispute with developer concerning breach of an exclusive listing and sale agreement for 24 of 42 units of a 55+ condominium community.

After entering the case at an advanced stage as successor counsel, successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of defendants who had allegedly agreed to lease a luxury Boston condominium.

Represented commercial tenant in defense of summary process eviction action; brought claims against landlord for gross negligence and breach of contract in Superior Court and successfully removed and consolidated summary process action.
Trustees of Family Investment Office, Boston, MA
Represented trust as lead associate in prosecution of $58,000,000 fraud case and related litigation in the Massachusetts Business Litigation Session; deposed principal defendants and defended deposition of primary client representative; prepared complaint for contempt and participated in two-day contempt proceedings in which main defendant was found in contempt for violating Court's asset-freeze order.
Pro Bono Refugee Clients, Boston, MA
Successfully represented Cameroonian refugee couple seeking political asylum as lead counsel during two-day hearing before Immigration Court. Conducted extensive client interviews, submitted briefing, expert reports, and affidavits, and prepared clients, fact witnesses, and expert witnesses for trial; continued representation of clients with respect to derivative asylum status for the children they were forced to leave behind in Cameroon, and assisted clients in obtaining permanent residency status.
