Jonathan Nichols is an Associate at Brennan, Dain, Le Ray, Wiest, Torpy & Garner, P.C. His practice consists of a broad range of litigation and transactional matters in real estate, environmental and commercial law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nichols interned for Davis, Malm & D’Agostine, PC in Boston, and Jorden, Bischoff & Hiser, PLC, an environmental law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. While in law school, Mr. Nichols was a Coach and Advisor for the Pace Law School National Environmental Moot Court Competition, a member of the Law Journal, and a Lawyering Fellow in the Legal Skills in Social Context program. Prior to law school, Mr. Nichols was a Life Scientist at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) where he drafted air pollution regulations and implemented EPA’s voluntary programs to reduce diesel engine emissions.

Mr. Nichols has a diverse background in environmental and real estate law, in addition to a comprehensive understanding of business fundamentals and financial analysis.
