Litigation Practice Brennan, Dain, Le Ray, Wiest, Torpy & Garner, P.C.'s Litigation Practice represents clients, including real estate developers and property owners, as well as other businesses and individuals, in a broad array of disputes including active litigation, appeals, arbitration, and mediation. Our litigators regularly appear in the Land Court, in Superior and District courts throughout the Commonwealth, in the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court, and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Members of the firm's Litigation Practice also counsel clients on dispute and liability resolution, avoidance, and minimization.
