Jeff has developed a broad transactional commercial real estate practice with an emphasis on zoning, permitting, complex land use matters, acquisitions and dispositions and financing. He represents a variety of local and national owners, developers, lenders, equity investors and tenants in connection with their acquisitions, development zoning and permitting, financing and lease negotiations. He is experienced with City of Boston Article 80 development, mixed-use and transit oriented development, multi-family and affordable housing development and real estate due diligence in tax credit equity investments.
Jeff began his legal career at Goulston & Storrs in Boston and was most recently a partner in the real estate practice group of the Boston office of Holland & Knight.

Represent borrower in leasehold construction loan financing for improvements to its corporate headquarters at One Broadway, Cambridge, MA. (2nd quarter 2010 and 1st quarter 2011)
Whittier Street Health Center
Represent client, a non-profit community health center, in the development of a new five-story, 79,000 community health care facility in Roxbury, MA, including negotiation of ground lease with the Boston Redevelopment Authority, zoning, permitting, and new market tax credit financing. Represent tenant, a start-up microbrewery, in lease of up to 12,000 square feet of warehouse space for brewery operations and headquarters in the Mystic Commerce Center, Chelsea, MA. (4th quarter 2010)
Oasys Water, Inc.
Represent tenant, a clean water technology start-up company in (i) office lease for the relocation of its corporate office space and (ii) lease of research and development space, both located in the new Innovation District in the Boston Marine Industrial Park in South Boston. (3rd quarter 2010)

Represent tenant, a global leader in mobile medical information, in the leasing of 10,000 square feet of office space in Marlborough, MA. (3rd quarter, 2010)
